Call Winter Park National Bank at 407-853-7100 to resolve issues regarding lost or stolen bank cards, information or materials. If you need to report a lost or stolen debit card after our business hours, call 888-297-3416.

You can report your card lost or stolen within the mobile banking app by selecting the account attached to your debit card and then selecting Manage Cards. Choose the card that is lost or stolen and select Report Lost/Stolen. Additionally, you can click on the Settings tab within online banking, choose the ATM/Debit Card tab, click on the Lost/Stolen button for the card and hit submit.

2. I received a phone call from the Fraud Service Center. What does this mean?
